Standard UK delivery:

We offer free standard UK delivery on all orders over £75 (£100 for trade customers). For orders below this threshold, a standard delivery charge of £3.99 will apply.

Handling times are indicated on each product page; however, please note that a minimum handling time of 24 hours applies to all orders. During particularly busy periods, handling times may be extended.

Deliveries to certain locations, including Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and remote areas of the UK mainland, may require an additional 24 hours on top of the standard delivery timeframe due to shipping logistics. If your address falls within one of these areas, a member of our customer service team will contact you to confirm.

Please be aware that during peak seasons—such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and Father’s Day—dispatch times may be slightly longer. We recommend allowing extra time for delivery during these periods.

All orders are shipped via trusted carriers including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD, InPost, and DHL. Every parcel is tracked to ensure a secure and reliable delivery service.

Want to track your order yourself?

Once your order has left our warehouse we will send you a confirmation email which contains your tracking number to follow your parcels progress.

Pre-Ordered Items:

If you have ordered pre-order items with a launch date, we will then reserve your total order until the launch date. The total order will be processed by us on or before the day of the launch.

Want to cancel your order?

We understand that occasionally you may need to cancel your order or amend item quantities.

You may request to cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of placing it, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

After this 1-hour window, orders are processed promptly and we are unable to guarantee any changes or cancellations. In such cases, the original order value will remain applicable.

If you still wish to make changes after this time, you will need to follow our Returns & Exchanges procedure once your order has been delivered.
